Breakneck Road is a lightly trafficked out and back trail located near the Park Headquarters. The trail goes from Route 233 to Route 3 and crosses over Breakneck Pond.

Parking can be found on Route 233 near Eagle Lake.

Beehive Trail

The Beehive Trail is one of the most beautiful and heavily trafficked trails that Acadia National Park has to offer. Located near Seal Harbor this trail is 1.4 miles long. Beehive Trail is an exposed iron rug climb. The Beehive Trail connects to Bowl Trail, Champlain South Ridge Trail, and Gorham Mountain Loop. The Beehive Trail is rated advanced and is not recommended for small children or people with a fear of heights.

Parking is at Beehive Trailhead Parking Area little down the road on Park Loop Road.

Birch Spring Trail

Kane Path

Kane Path is a moderately trafficked trail that is located near Bar Harbor. The trail is relatively flat that goes through a nice wooded forest and goes along The Tram pond. Emery Path

Emery Path is a moderately trafficked look that is located near Bar Harbor. Emery Path features a hike through a beautiful forest on stone steps up the east side of Dorr Mountain.
