Bar Island Trail

Bar Island is a heavily trafficked trail that is located in the harbor right by Bar Harbor. Bar Island is accessible for 3 hours during low tide. It's a nice hike across a sand bar until you get on the island then you hike another mile to the highest point on Bar Island.
