Jordan Cliff Trail is a moderately trafficked trail that is located by Jordan Pond near Seal Harbor. The trail is a challenging steep hike up the east side of Penobscot Mountain. It is a bit rocky and heavily rooted through the forest before ascending above the treeline. Jordan Cliff Trail connects to Amphitheatre Trail, Spring Trail, Penobscot East Trail, and Deer Brook Trail. The Jordan Cliff Trail is rated an advanced difficulty.
Parking is at Jordan Pond Path then walk down spring trail till you reach Jordan Cliff Trail.
This trail is closed yearly from March-August for peregrine falcon nesting season. For this reason, the team cannot provide an updated TrailView at this time. Please consult alternate resources if you intend to hike the Jordan Cliffs Trail.
